Fine pleating structures the front, while voluminous sleeves gathered subtly at the shoulders and elongated wide cuffs introduce movement. Mother-of-pearl buttons add a natural, luminous finish.<\/p>\n<p>Emerging across the front, the anatomical heart is constructed in genuine leather and articulated through hand embroidery.
