Part of ÂNIMA — The Shape of the Unseen, the Lumen Blouse explores light, transparency and the transformation of material.
Crafted from soft recycled polyamide mesh made from discarded fishing nets and pre-consumer fabric waste, its translucent construction creates a weightless layer around the body. Natural leather appliqué introduces a tactile contrast to the delicacy of the mesh.
Each colorway is developed through plant-based dyeing. The luminous Butter Yellow is obtained with Reseda, a botanical source historically used for its distinctive yellow pigment, while Light Green is created with a natural chlorophyll extract derived from edible plants such as alfalfa and stinging nettles.
Lumen evokes light as an intangible presence — revealing the body through color, transparency and movement, and giving material expression to the unseen.
